Returns & Exchanges
We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience, and if for any reason the items you have received are no longer a favourite or they were given to you as a gift and it is not your cup of tea then we will gladly exchange them for a gift voucher if it was a gift or provide a full refund if you made the purchase yourself. Please contact us indicating the reason for the return or exchange. You will then be issued with an authorisation number, that must be included with the returned item.
With the exception of items purchased as Christmas gifts, any items returned after 7 days of receipt (unless faulty) will be subject to a credit note only.
Goods (non perishables) may be returned if they are in new condition and haven't been opened.
Delivery costs (including postage and handling) are not refundable. The product(s) must be as new (unused and undamaged) and with their original packaging intact. We regret that items that have been worn or damaged or returned in an unsaleable condition, will be denied a refund and posted back to you.
We are afraid that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised, custom coloured or sale items.
How do I organise a return or exchange?
WITHIN AUSTRALIA
- Please contact us indicating the reason for the return or exchange. You will then be issued with an authorisation number, that must be included with the returned item.

Exchanges: Your requested exchange items will be posted free of charge, along with a Reply Paid satchel to return the unwanted items.
Returns: You will be issued a Reply Paid number, that can be used to post your return free of charge. Once received your refund will be processed.
