Shipping & Delivery

My Favoruite is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. 

Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by My Favourite to be authorised to do so. Please be vigilant when entering delivery details.

It is crucial that names and addresses are entered correctly as it could mean re-delivery if they are incorrect. Unfortunately we will need to pass the cost onto you.

We suggest that the gift is delivered to your place of work if you are not at home full time.

NB: In order to cutdown the amount of cardboard and paper used we try and recycle postage boxes whenever we can i.e. supplier boxes re-used to send you your order. We hope you agree that this is an good way to help the environment & reduce waste. 

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

There are two delivery options - depending on how fast you need your order to be delivered:

STANDARD DELIVERY: a flat rate of $9.95 is charged for all postage and handling within Australia by standard delivery by Australia Post

- Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped on the same business day and will therefore be delivered in 2-5 days, however, bulky items or deliveries to remote locations within Australia may take longer.

EXPRESS POST DELIVERY: a flat rate of $15.50 is charged for all postage and handling within Australia by Australia Post Express Post

- Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped on the same business day and will therefore have a guaranteed next business day delivery within the Australia Post Express Post network. Further information can be found here.

- In most cases orders will be received within 1-2 business days of shipping however, bulky items or deliveries to remote locations within Australia may take longer

- All payments are to be processed prior to orders being shipped

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We would be delighted to send your gifts to anywhere in the world where there is a post box!

- A flat rate of $35.00 is charged for all postage and handling outside of Australia

- All international orders will be sent by the ever reliable Australia Post Registered Air Mail

- Your order will be shipped within one business day of it being placed and will take up to 21 days to be delivered depending on the destination you are sending it to.

- Payments are to be processed prior to orders being shipped

- Any customs charges required at the destinaton are the responsibility of the recipient
